These courses offer the practical skills need to help students make a successful return to work.

Introduction to Child Care – A 5 week course that will develop your understanding of primary concerns around childcare. It covers importance of balanced diet and play for children and understanding of development milestones for children age 0-5 years.

Introduction to Teaching Assistant - This 5 week course will help you work with a tutor in a classroom with adult learners. You will learn how to work together in a team, importance of differentiating activities, use different ways to help students learn effectively during a lesson and discuss solutions to problems that may arise in a classroom.

Introduction to Administrative and Office Skills - This 5 week course will help you identify skills required for office work, use a computer to format documents, file management and feel more confident within an office setting and know how to use office equipment.

Effective Volunteer training - This 5 week course covers the benefits of voluntary work, importance of time management, working in a team and learning key skills for an office environment.
