Build Confidence and Self Esteem
We provide personal development courses and workshops for women to support their mental health, and to teach them techniques which they can use to lead more independent and productive lives. See our workshops and courses here
Low Cost Counselling
We provide low-cost counselling for women over the age of 18, allowing them to talk to female therapists in a safe and supportive environment. For more information about our counselling service, see here.
